Delivery Destinations

Delivery of all products is to addresses in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Channel Islands.

We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box.

If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Options

We offer:

FREE standard delivery service to all Isle of Man, UK and Channel Island customers

This is a 1-3 working days service.

£5.95 Special Delivery next day service (Not including Saturdays) to all Isle of Man, UK and Channel Island customers.

£7.95 Special Delivery next day service (including Saturdays) to all Isle of Man, UK and Channel Island customers.

Please note we can only guarantee next day delivery if we recieve your completed order by 1pm the day before the goods are required.

Use of the website

If before placing an order with us you are unsure of any of the terms and conditions or may have a question relating to the terms and conditions please contact us by email at info@themillshop.co.im .

You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions.

You warrant that the personal information which you are providing when you are registering you details as a customer is true, current and accurate, complete in all respects and you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name that you are not allowed to use.

Your use of information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure any products, services or information available through this website meets your specific requirements.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

We have made every reasonable effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours and display’s we use and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on screen. The Mill Shop cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate / the same as the actual product.

From time to time this web site may include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if incorrect information in merchandise price or item availability. We try to ensure that all pricing on the website is accurate, but occasionally an error may occur and goods may be incorrectly priced. If we discover that a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to suspend your order and contact you to ask whether or not you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to correct errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice.

VAT

For customers residing in Jersey and Guernsey, please note that any items purchased from The Mill Shop website are inclusive of VAT and we have no obligation to supply items with zero percent VAT.

All queries relating to Vat should be made to the Customs Department at the Isle of Man Government on ++44 (0) 1624 685685.

Cancelling your order

You may cancel your order with us providing that we haven’t picked, packed or despatched your items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items then we are unable to stop the delivery process. You may of course return any goods you do not want in accordance with our returns policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs. Please refer to the returns section on this website for further details.

Returns Policy

At the Mill Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases that you make. Should you require to return anything you have purchased from us the following policies apply.

Goods purchased maybe refunded or exchanged providing you have a valid proof of purchase and are returned unused in their correct packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition we reserve the right not to refund or exchange the item.

Returns via post: You may return an item via post using the returns slip, provided it is within 28 days of purchase.

Please note you will be required to arrange, and pay for, the return of the product to us.

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged when they are returned.

Returns via the Mill Shop: Alternatively you may return the item to the store within 15 days of purchase by presenting the item and your delivery note as proof of purchase to a member of staff and inform them that you purchased it online. You can then obtain an exchange or a refund via the original payment method.

Please note we cannot except returns into store without a delivery note.

Please note that delivery charges will only be refunded if the product has been incorrectly sent by us or is proved to be faulty.

No refunds will be given without a receipt or other proof of purchase.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Items lost in the post

If the delivery date has exceeded and you have still not received your full order please contact us at info@themillshop.co.im

We will then investigate the matter; this could take up to 5 working days. However we will keep you informed, please note we can only entertain enquires for lost items within 30 days of dispatch.

If you have returned an item to us and you have not yet received a refund within 30 working days of postage please contact us at info@themillshop.co.im and we will investigate the matter further, this could take up to 5 working days. Please note it may take your bank up to 21 working days to refund your account, we are not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
